Everyone of us feels uncomfortable when we aren't familiar of the place or it is our first time there. We don't feel secure whenever we aren't in our safe zone.
Safe zone, for me it is a place where we feel secure, comfortable, and confident in going to. These places maybe relaxes us or helps us to relieve stress.
Safe zones can be more than one, or it can be a safe zone in a safe zone. What do I mean?
Many claim there houses are their safe zone, however, in their house they have their bedrooms where they have more privacy and maybe a little more secure than any other room in the house.
Our homes aren't the only safe zones, we have our work places, the malls, or school, etc..
Why did I say so?
When we are not in our exact same work place, school, or the usual mall/hangout we feel a little bit of unsafe, right? Because we aren't that familiar with that place. We may not feel as secure in work, school, or leisure places as in home but the sense of familiarity with the usual place that we go to gives us the feeling that we are safe there.
When we go to different places we feel we are in a different world of some sort, because we are not familiar with the place and the people. We feel we are different.
Now I know why not having a permanent home is very hard.
